Our very first spirit and the beginning of everything. Blekinge Aquavit was the first distillate we crafted here in Karlshamn, marking the start of our journey. A classically composed aquavit with notes of caraway, anise and fennel, gently rounded with a touch of sherry for softness and depth. Many describe it as “kind,” a character we are proud of — precisely the balance we set out to create.
