Crème de Must is our tribute to one of Sweden’s most iconic seasonal flavors. Inspired by the tradition of julmust, the liqueur is crafted using extract from the original must produced by Robert’s in Örebro, the historic source behind much of Sweden’s classic must character.

Developed together with Swedish rum enthusiast and creator Rom-Robban, the idea was to translate the deep, spiced notes of julmust into a new format — one that could be enjoyed far beyond the holiday table.

The result is a liqueur where dark malt, soft spice and subtle sweetness come together in a rich and unmistakably Nordic expression. A familiar flavor, reimagined for the glass.
