A meeting between gin and oak. Oak Gin begins as a classic London Dry, distilled in Karlshamn with a carefully balanced selection of botanicals where juniper forms the backbone. After distillation, the gin rests in bourbon barrels, allowing time to soften the sharper edges and introduce new layers of character.
